Contact us with a photo. Faulty items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and we'll repair, replace or refund.
No. Guest checkout works. An account lets you see all your orders in one place, including earlier orders made with the same email.
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers.
