We ship to all Australian states and territories. Orders leave within 1–2 business days.

Change-of-mind returns
Return unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
