Terms of sale and hire

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may correct pricing errors before an order ships, and will contact you first.

Gear hire

• A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and you pay through the link we send.
• A refundable bond is held on your card and released within 3 business days of return.
• Damage beyond normal wear is charged at repair cost, capped at the bond.
• Free changes or cancellation up to 72 hours before pick-up; inside 72 hours we offer a credit.

Using our gear safely

Follow the manufacturer's instructions, especially for gas appliances and lithium batteries. Never use gas appliances inside a tent or enclosed space.
