Step 2: Request a booking
We confirm within 24 hours and email a secure payment link.
Step 3: Collect or get delivery
Including a five-minute setup walkthrough.
Step 4: Camp
Call us if anything's unclear.
Step 5: Bring it back
Cleaning is on us. Your bond is released within 3 business days.

The calculator always picks the cheapest combination. Delivery within 40 km is a flat $49.

Yes. The bond is held on your card and released within 3 business days of the gear coming back in the condition it left.
Normal wear and tear is on us. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at repair cost and never more than the bond.
Yes, within 40 km for a flat fee. Collection is free.
Change or cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before pick-up. Inside 72 hours we offer a credit for another date.
Every item is washed, dried, sanitised and checked between hires. Sleeping bags come with a fresh cotton liner you keep.
